Ethylene glycol: C2H6O2 (antifreeze)
Propylene glycol: C3H8O2 (oil dispersant)
Corexit 9500, which was being used by BP, and Seabrat, which the EPA ordered used, seem to have the same propylene glycol as a main ingrediant.
