The song is "Однозвучно гремит колокольчик" (Monotonously Rings the Bell). The bell is specifically attached to a coach being driven down a lonely road. One of the most well-known Russian songs. Words by I. Makarov, music by K. Sodorovich.

I personally find this song nice enough, but far less captivating than many other Russian romances--it has never brought a tear to my eye as they have. If people think this is the most beautiful song they have ever heard, just wait till they hear the others! If you don't believe me, search for videos by Lyudmila Zykina, Boris Shtokolov and Oleg Pogudkin, for starters.
