The Folkway was a place where magic was created at a time when life seemed simple. There were no contracts just a simple "No problem, I'll be there,"and the show happened.

I first played there in a trio called Rosen, Shontz, and Dixon, they gave us a dinner. Before you knew it we were all over the country.
In the years that followed I played there many times with just about everyone and when we bump into each other nowadays the memories come back.
