I have my 20-yr-old stepson busy installing versions of Linux on various old computers, trying to squeeze more use out of them. It's a good way to keep him occupied during school vacation, so he doesn't become too much of a couch potato. I can't keep up with what he's learned - I just kinda wave my hand, and he makes the computer do what I want it to do. Seems like it keeps Foolestroupe busy and out of trouble, too. Want me to wave my hand in your direction, Foolestroupe?
I maintain a number of XP and Vista computers, so I keep up on those operating systems, but I haven't had the energy to tackle Linus.
