It's 6am and a light drizzle is falling. I am staying in bed for now! There is another big market tomorrow towards Hull, which is supposed to be good. my daughter may be able to come and help me.

Added another item to the pile...I think it's some sort of hand spinning wheel, loosely like the "chakra" type. It's a late Victorian home-build made from bought, or lathe-worked components, with smoothed down branches for legs. My mum got it in the 1970s, and my kids used to love turning the handle when they were little. Nobody really knew what it was! It's just been gathering dust in a corner, so out it goes!

I also have a sore throat, and cold in the early stages, so standing in a field in the damp is probably not a good idea today.
