In the 1950s, when coed had to be back to the dorm by midnight, we'd sit around a piano at my fraternity and sing ribald songs (drunkenly, of course). Leprosy was a standard. Here is what I remember:

Leprosy -- my God, I've got leprosy,
it's all over me ...
There goes my eyeball, into my highball.

This was repeated through many, many other verses, including:

Kiss me quick, there goes my upper lip.
