We decluttered Dog World today with some much-needed refinements. It only looks a tad less crappy from the road, but I don't care, because we so drastically improved functionality by swapping some ag panels around and making the end of one a small gate for me.

Now Hardi can mow in there anytime, I can go in either section anytime, and the dogs can visit in a poopfree zone anytime. Plus KatyKat (no-road-no-road!) can have a dog-free escape-proof zone for the day when she has had enough of the Upstairs Patrol zone. SamCat will go in there herself I am sure-- prolly always did. I think she hunts there. The rodentia living under the addition, I hope.

Also I had the chance to inspect the digging Sadie has done, and confirm that none of them are escape-attempts but just "hobby digs," and if that floats her boat, there is plenty of space for it. There is a lot more grass growing in, where they ran the grass off the damp spring ground, than I expected. No doubt this has been aided by the lack of mowing-- a couple of mows a summer is plenty. It's not really lawn grass-- it's pasture grass anyway.

The improvements make an additional settin' area as well, for folks what loves doggehs. It presently has one chair (mine). I'll have to FC in a few more plastic ones not affected by sun or cold. I guezz sum folkz haz thay ownz settin' chairz in thay carz anyhow.
