I agree with LTS, go sfter the prick. One thing is sure - a door never closes unless another one opens. A 30 year employment record is the only reference you will need when you go job hunting. I was forced into early reitrment after 29 years of faithful service, looking back it was the best thing that ever happened to me, just suck it in and keep on going.
