I recently saw O'Hooley & Tidow on their Newcastle date and found them a delight. The performance was a mixture of light and dark, performing beautiful songs from their debut album Silent June interspersed with comedic observations that reminded me of the Two Ronnies! Anyone who loved Belinda O'Hooley in Rachel Unthank & The Winterset should try and get to see her in her new project. I haven't seen Jack McNeill and Charlie Heys, but heard good things about them. It's a bit far for me to travel to Leicester, but hope it's a great night.
