It is indeed my translation of Guillaume de Machaut's "Douce Dame Jolie", which was on the Enchanted Garden album by the John Renbourn Group. The singer on that song was John Molyneux. The lyrics will be on the vinyl album inner sheet, if you can track that down. I'll have a look later to find my own copy, if I have time.
