I am really impressed, Alice. You've really built up your inventory and the designs are beautifully elegant, whimsical, and well-done.
JennieGee, wish I had that view!:-) Thanks for the pix...it's really beautiful.
We got the dishes, the litter boxes, and the sweeping done. I scrubbed the bathroom before breakfast(!, went through more papers and shredded most of them. Moved some stacks closer to where I will need them to either file, scan, send on, or whatever. Rog took a small box and a trash bag full of Goodwill stuff out to the car.
We had a nice time with my brother and ex over for a bon voyage pizza and salad. Colin started out with simple cheese pizzas from the grocery store added fresh mushrooms, spinach, pine nuts, and tomato as well as extra cheese and they were delicious! I figured out the points for 2 pieces was only 9 pts. so I *budgeted* though I will have to watch the salt and protein content. I was okay today as it was pretty much my only source of both.
It has been so hot I hardly feel like doing anything. I will be going to the pool with Morgan every morning, hope it is still cool enough to tolerate, then it'll be home to the swamp cooler and whatever we decide to do for the rest of the day. Next week is supposed to be back down to the 80s so that will help. I do not do well in heat at all.:-)
