Wasn't quite sure about the girl with the pipes but overall it was a great sound.

Well that just shows how different people like different things, because for me it's Helena's pipes that made/make all the difference in lifting Crucible's sound out of the ordinary. There isn't enough woodwind (and unusual instrumentation generally) in the current English folk scene IMNSHO, but that's maybe a subject for another thread ...
