The eBay Dulceola looks nothing like what Andy Cohen demonstrates.
I looked at pictures of him with it from last summer - Andy is playing an instrument, on eBay it looks like "dulceola" is more a model name on a gramaphone there, not an instrument.

It reminds me of how much confusion there is over the Marx company's invented instruments & sorting out what's a Ukelin or violin-uke or....
