I could have sworn I had a record of this sung by Pete Seeger, but I can't find it. However, it appears in the Ballad Index & in Cray's _Erotic Muse_, under the title "Too Rally", with the note: "The version of "Too Rally" here was learned by Pete Seeger during World War II, and passed on to Bess Lomax Hawes." Thus it is no surprise if you heard Seeger sing it.
