Janie, if you check on "View your archive" first, then you will see all of those little boxes to tick. Still only one at a time, click-wise, but at least a whole page after you have them all ticked. Not quite as bad as having to go through every one of them. I've got tons of them...a diary of sorts, for reference, memories, etc., so now I usually try to decide right after reading one what I want to do with it so I don't add too many more.:-)

It would be nice if we could do like our email with a Select All, Delete, etc.
