What's the significance of the recording date for "I've Just Seen a Face"?

Beatles' first US release was "I Want To Hold Your Hand"

Only that it's a KILLER song, and recorded on yesterday's date. But "Yesterday" was recorded on a different date - I think.

"I Want To..." was their first US release on Capitol. I think that "She Loves You", on Swan, may have beaten it by a few days, but I'm not sure.

I'm not sure about the Heisenberg principle either.
