no this one is in alexandria where L's boss lives i was looking at the cheapest all utilites included places.. cause the one place that we did find that C wont commit to would be 1078 plus utilites .. so if you add the utilites to the rent .. it evens out to the rent of other place and you dont have to worry about a huge bill..
