Geoff is right that the registration page at Mudcat is broken, and that it works at dev.mudcat.org (our development site). HOWEVER, I don't see a membership page link at the dev site. Here's a link that will work:
http://dev.mudcat.org/member/EntryForm.cfm

And if you still have problems, send me an e-mail. Be sure the word "Mudcat" is part of the title of the e-mail.
