Well, I got a personal message this evening from "Hedy West (current membership)." She reports that she was able to navigate the chicanery of a cookie reset, and is now online with her new, verified membership. She may have to have three or four days of rest because of the trauma of it all, but she's O.K.
Heck, if I can teach Sandy Paton something on a computer, I can teach anybody.
