Is it just one page? The fastest way to do it is to select the page with the text, and do a ALT + Print Screen capture of the active window. Open a new page your image editing software, you can even do this in Paint if you don't have anything else, and do a Control + V paste into that page. Then crop out the edges of the page you don't want and save it however you want or the program will allow.

Sometimes programs like Picasa (free from Google) can go a little further. If Paint won't save it in the file-type you want(I don't remember the types it uses, but I seem to recall that they're limited and bitmaps are part of it) you might be able to save it as something else in Picasa. And some of the uploading image programs like Photobucket and Flickr now let you do some of that saving as something else.
