The suit clearly has merit. Someone spilled the oil. Someone was harmed by the spill. The fact that Serena Pollock is representing the harmed party just makes it better.

Of course, in the end, the damages compensation settlement "proof" would take so much time and money that it will essentially boil down to who blinks first. Or, perhaps, who opens their eyes first?
