Hearst Castle, the house William Randolph Hearst had California arts&crafts period architect Julia Morgan design for his lover Marion Davies, is right near Cambria (just north of where I was just talking about)...it's a tourist Mecca, and definitely non-folkie. Do your research; I think you may have to reserve a tour time in advance.
