Yes, I am visiting the Shaker family.
Having spent wonderfully peaceful days at Canterbury and Hancock, and having read Sister Frances' book about growing up Shaker, the wonder that is the Internet permitted me to get in touch a couple of years ago.
I was aiming for the Fall work day, but missed!
Anyhow, as Brother Arnold said, "There is always work to do", so I intend doing whatever I can to help for a couple of days.
The last time I was in the area, I actually avoided going to SDL, as I didn't want to intrude.
