We didn't have any hassle about limiting the number of "Guest" players in our County cricket teams, so I don't think that'll happen.

Apart from anything else, the only reason required for turning down foreign players, is that it makes economical sense not to offer the ridiculous prices which are part of the transfer system.

That is one right all employers still have.
