Thread Name: Welsh translation request by Brandywine
Subject: Welsh translation request by Brandywine
Brandywine Appalachian Dance and Bluegrass Band ought to have posters/flyers in Welsh to appear at the Eisteddfod. Could anyone help with some words? Bluegrass I know as Glas Wellt.
You could email me at af-aditel@btinternet.com but I dont mind if it is public. Thanks Sian for previous help.
At present we use these words

BRANDYWINE: Appalachian Dance and Bluegrass Music.
Appalachian Cloggers wear shoes with steel at heel and toe to keep the beat while they dance. Cloggers? We certainly don't wear clogs! The band is a Bluegrass Band. Noted for hard-driving rhythms, instrumental expertise and powerful singing, Bluegrass is a distinct American form of music. With Brandywine you are sure of a high energy performance leaving you elated and calling for more. Check out the web site www.brandywine-cloggers.co.uk
