A barge being towed ploughed into a disabled Duck, an amphibious tourist vehicle, tossing all into the Delaware and killing two Hungarian teenage members of a tour group... seems the Duck driver had called for help and since help was on the way, didn't send out a general distress signal, so the tugboat didn't know they were stuck rather than moving and maneuverable.
