We play Mazurka D'Auvernge in North East England. I don't think it is widely played in sessions here, but it came, ultimately from Julian Sutton who plays Melodeon with Kathryn Tickell. We often play it with another Mazurka which I learnt when I was in Julian's Melodeon Class at the Sage in Gateshead. Julian Christened it "Sandy's Favourite" after another member of the class who was particularly fond of it. Thus do tunes get renamed.
