My first response probably should have asked whether you really consider your ears part of your face, and whether you're shaving your forehead.

And some good study of what makes finger nails grow wouldn't hurt with all the pickers here. I'm not aware of any pickers for whom toenail growth would be too interesting (for picking), but corollary effects sometimes lead to great discoveries.
