Great minds think alike. I have some superior sausage from a Central Texas barbecue restaurant (a one-off in the family place, not a chain where everything is the same). I ate a bite of that before I bagged the rest and put it in the freezer. Don't need much else when you have that meat, fat, and pepper combo working for you!
