I have a new book...It's called 'The Way of F**k It' ...although I'd not have the stars in...It's filled with really useful thoughts, along the lines of

"You've been a naughty boy/girl
You've taken things too seriously
Write 20 lines, saying "F**k it!"
to all those things..

I say F**k It! to.....
I say Fuck It! to....."

Etc..etc..and f**king etc..

And..

"You've searched
You've done the therapy
You have all the badges
All this to discover
You were already there....
F**k it!"
