An American friend, and expert on Celtic music, said she always used 'Gockan' (rhymes with rockin' - she would have used 'ch' instead of 'ck', but the 'ch' sound is rare in America). I tried Dick's website, and searched the Mudcat forum, without success. We're not competitive, just curious.
