I'm sure the Landlord would prefer us to be on his premises rather than in a public area, even if we can be seen and heard tantalisingly through the gates. That would draw more people into the pub - besides the car park is also a shoppers car park and often quite full on a Saturday although parking should be OK for us as they come and go

The slightly raised area should be big enough and is to be assessed but in the meantime if any morris dancer can give us the minimum dimensions required we could check it out

Next time I'm there I'll ask the manager of Lidl where the Lido is
