I wish this story was over, Charley...

Like Joe Wilson and the guy who showed up at a rally where Obama was to speak with the gun, these folks on the right become "folk heros" within Redneck Nation so there will be more of this... These people don't really care if the country goes down the drain if that's what it takes to get "the nigger" outta office and their "boys" back in power... To them it is outright war...

Reminds me very much of seein' the the "boys" open fire hoses on balck marchers in Selma and of the George Wallaces and Lester Maddoxs... 80% of the country is now being utterly harrassed and terrorized by the loonie right... These are the same 20% who supported Cheney and Bush when the economy was collapsing and the US was stuck in two stupid wars... These people are what Eric Hoffer referred to as the "True Believers" and their actions are borish, bullying and downright anti-social...

Maybe the left needs to take a page out of their handbook...
