I worked in the 60ʻs at this great place called the Vanguard in KCMO...one of the records that was played during breaks was Hedge & Donna, when I moved to San Diego and heard them live...an some friends were neighbors of theirs...at the Vanguard, we had entertainers, Brewer& Shipley, Danny Cox, Chuck Mitchell (Joniʻs husband) damn that is when the music was good...happy I found this site will check it out again...I am on FaceBook if you remember me an want to be in contact... dani
