From what I can tell, Fr. Liam Lawton recorded "Paidir na Trinoide" on the 2003 album, Pilgrim People. I wasn't able to find sheet music at his U.S. publisher, GIA.

Lawton is a wonderful performer, and it's rare that you hear a man with a voice that's so beautiful.

But no, I haven't found the lyrics...yet.
