Like Bush's 17 words during the State of the Union speech, bruce, after the CIA had warned him repeatedly that they did not have evidence that Iraq had reconstituted a nuclear weapons program??? I mean, was that a "damned lie" or what??? I mean, even after Cheney had been to the CIA over and over trying to get the intellegence folks to go along with the mad-dash stuff... I mean, after George Tennent had personally told Bush before the Oct. 11th speech in Cincinatti that they didn't have evidence... I mean, exactly what was that, bruce, ol' buddy??? I mean, Bush lied because he was Hell bent on invading Iraq and wasn't too interested in the truth about much of anything other than he wanted the war and, by golly, he was gonna have his war... Lie or damned lie...

(But, Bobert... According to bb if you agreed with the lie then it was merely a "mistake" when Bush used those 17 words (11 words, whatever...) See, Bobert, you are much worse than Bush... You can't remember if it was 17 words or 11 words... It might have been 14 words... That makes you a liar!!!)

No, seein' as I have forgotten if it was 17, 11 or anywhere in bewteen I see it as a mistake... Bush couldn't possibly have used forgetfullness during the speech seein' as so many people were involved in writing it so...
