Bottom line, Saws, my argument isn't at all illogical... You said that a bigot is some one who is intolerant of others ideas... No meantion was made in your definaition as to ehether or not those ideas were moral... You stopped right there... I think your definition is illogical beacuse it makes eveyone and anyone a bogot on some level and waters down the harshness ot the word... So to Hitler we were th bigots and to the rest of the word he was...
I mean, if you were to take the argumkents that you have put forth here and the ones that I have to 10 debate teachers I'd bet that at least 9 of them would say that you have put forth the least convincin' argument that becasue I disagree with you that I am somehow a bigot...
But lets just put the academics aside fir a minute... Seein' as you now have at least my functional definition of a "bigot" it would behove you to take that litttle ballgamne outta yer repetoire when arguing/debating with me or anyone else here... To many of us who have lived round and seen what real bigotry is it is a repulsive, anti-social term that only a cheater trying to score points would use... And, guess what??? I'd be willing to bet that 90% of them people here don't like you using that term as well in tregards to people with whom who don't agree...
