We need MORE rich people spending money, not less. Since none of it is trickling down, the only way it's going to get back into circulation is for them to spend it. Renting halls, employing caterers, buying dresses, this is all good for our economy. Until we can get a congress that has the cojones (note spelling) to tax the fuck out of the money-hoarding rich, the only way to get that money back into circulation is for them to spend it. Would that all of the überrich would spend profligately. They're certainly not loaning it to small businessmen, the engine of America's job market. This is the only trickle-down we're going to get.
