Thread Name: help needed downloading a MIDI
Subject: help needed downloading a MIDI
Yesterday I asked myself whether a person could play the famous Largo from Vivaldi's lute concerto on a dulcimer. So I found a MIDI file on the web (the only one, I believe) and tried to download it.

This is the page that it's on:

http://www.free-scores.com/download-sheet-music.php?pdf=8349

(The link to the MIDI is in pale gray print to the right of the picture of a piece of music.)

The trouble is, the web page gave the file the extension '.MIDI' rather than '.MID'

After I've saved it, it's sitting in My Documents, but Noteworthy Composer can't open it because of that extraneous I at the the end of the name.

Does anybody know how to change that name so it will open in Noteworthy? Or post it here so I can download it?

(I have printed the PDF, but it's in F. Having the MIDI file would save me a lot of time.)
