Oh SRS, change at work is difficult. I used to work for a GREAT boss, but now the interim person or actually his second in command is a very conservative somewhat micromanaging and stressed person. Thankfully it is just temporary. I like her, but it is not the easy understanding and sense of equality I had with my other boss. Good luck with the documentation and the transition.

I gave blood today, so lost a pound! :). We're having a little contest at work to see which of nine teams can walk the most steps in a ten-week period. So far I'm averaging about 12,000 steps a day. Maybe that will translate into more muscle tone, or maybe I'll just think I'm getting fitter. Either way, it's a good thing.
