Between the main concerts and the fringe there were many events that frequently pass without comment but are the backbone of a week long festival

Not forgetting the performances at the Manor Pavilion and Arts Centre - including the fascinating and informative tour de force by Sara Grey and Kieron Means looking at the Cowboy songs and ballads of the West and the very moving 'Standing in Line' with Lester Simpson based on the lot of the common soldier in WW1.
