Surely the most important point is this: -

I said as much on another thread some time ago. The USA is slipping into a very bad habit of failing to recognise the sovereignty of other nations, and permitting indeed in some cases supporting and organising not merely commercial and cultural and linguistic colonisation but more formal attempts at coercing the behaviour of other places.

And for the benefit of the spellcheck I have correctly spelt recognise, organising and colonisation, oh, and spelt.

Bah.
