My guru always said, have you not got a Whitby Folk Week programme yet to help you to firm up Max's itinery?
If not, is anyone able to help Hil out by generously sending her a full programme asap?

I think Max would love taking the bus trip to a half a day session at Robin Hood's Bay and a trip on the steam train and definately the Esk Belle trip to Staithes but it all depends on his wants and desires and how much he can cram into quite the short space of time he is in Whitby.

I fully support My guru always said in her idea about a "Max's Grand Uk Escapade 2010" T shirt available to sell to Mudcatters during Max's UK tour. Please save me one Hil when I can meet up with you at the scratch morris/Board Inn happening on the Wednesday of Whitby Folk Week. I will buy one for definate.

I would think that many Mudcatters would be interested in buying such a T shirt as a lasting momento of Max's UK tour and the fact that they had met him so they can wear it proudly and say "I was there and I met Max!".
So if I was you Hil I would go ahead and do 'lots' of T shirts because I would be astonished if you couldn't sell them and didn't make a good earner for the Mudcat funds.
My main worry would be that you did not have enough and that people would feel let down.
So I would suggest an initial order of 100 with a rider that the supplier can do more by request and deliver to you during your touring travels with Max around the UK. I think you will sell far more than you think you can sell.
