I should perhaps elaborate that I'm looking for songs that do reflect the winter in some way, either the natural winter or the rituals and celebrations that feature in it. I'm all for Christmas, particularly in the symbolic/Pagan sense - rebirth from death, the renewed cycle of nature, a festival of light in darkness, all that stuff.

Not really looking for daft songs about Santa, though; I'm aiming for a certain dignity to the proceedings. :)
