Personally, if you're relying on wifi I'd leave it behind. Mobile coverage is patchy. If you really can't live without, I think there is (or was) an internet cafe somewhere near ?Skinner Street - the main road with shops on going across below the school where you get tickets/leisure centre/huge car park. Oh, you'll see what I mean!!
