Rather than refresh the old 'Best of Uk Concertina Players' thread I've started this new one :)

   My mam's broken a hip and I'm looking after her up in Glasgow so WFF is off my calender this year, but if the 'Whitby Lady' is spotted could someone tell her how much I enjoyed her playing and I'll try to get to listen to her next year.
To summarise the description from the older thread:-

Probably lives in Whitby and has a husband in poor health. Plays an Anglo (Dipper), plump, about 5' tall with greying hair up in a bun, not dressed like a Folkie. Can play styles of music from Playford to Music Hall and Tango. Does a beautiful 'David of the White Rock' and has a Discworld 'Guild of Assassins' badge on the concertina case :)
