Thread Name: Help: 'Best of Peter Dawson' LP information
Subject: RE: Help: Peter Dawson
The GREAT Australian baritone Peter Smith Dawson (31 January 1882 – 27 September 1961)
There are myriad 78, LP and CD records of Peter Dawson, whose
recording careet extended from 1904 through the 1950's.
A beautifully annotated, comprehensive 10 LP set was issued by
the EMI/National Library of Australia - Peter Dawson Ambassador of Song. Unfortunately - never transferred to CD, and long out of print.
Many of his other LP's, as well as CDs are readily available.
