I was thinking about it, I haven't had a proper holiday yet and it seemed like a good idea. Unfortunately I don't have a tent which is what I would rather do than spend too much on accommodation.   It does sound really good fun, my dad went along to it quite a few years back and he really enjoyed the atmosphere and the music and was bowled over how such a dainty serving wenches could carry that many steins in their arms. He was quite in his element there because he speaks pretty good German and still knows some of the songs, I will have to ask him what he knows.
