This afternoon I did a yard job that was long enough to work up a sweat (it's still pretty hot during the day, but it is finally cooling at night). I've deadheaded a bunch of the flowers from my sunflower and will use those as birdseed this winter. They've already been eating the flowers, and I have a bunch more drying.

This evening I'll do laundry, do some ironing, and work on the playbill collection while I play the Emmy's. Cooking dinner for tonight and working on a couple of things to use during the week. Some pizza crusts and such. This'll be a mixed bag of stuff, all calculated to do small tasks that need doing while I can keep an eye on the awards. Here's rooting for Julianna Margulies!
