One of my friends was moaning about a significant birthday a few years back - 50!! Think of the alternative, I said & now she's even older & very happy with 2 gorgeous grandbabies!
Grandbabies are much better than cigarettes, & as Amos says - URGES PASS (worth repeating)

One of my mates got sober some years back following the AA program, but had to go to a detox to be rid of his nicotine addiction as it was so much stronger/deeper/heavier, & he was a very heavy 7-days, 24-hour drinker.
